Black Country n Potteries Masters break a World Record

The Masters quartet broke a World Masters Record at the British Masters Championships 2025 for the 4x100m Freestyle Relay in the 280+ age group with a time of 5:04.66. 
The team consisting of Barbara Boxall, Kath Tunnicliffe, Alyson Fordham and Lindsey Gowland.
They continued to set a new European Record in the 4x50m Freestyle Relay with a time of 2:15.57 and being 2.23 seconds shy of the world record in the 4x50m Medley Relay.

We wish them luck in their next swim at the Swim England Masters Championships in October 2025.
